Rami Dror

Managing Partner

Rami, the CEO of Value Advanced Investments Group, brings over 30 years of experience in investment management. His diverse expertise includes leading investment houses, capital raising, managing institutional entities and public companies, as well as executing mergers and acquisitions deals. Rami has also excelled in financial engineering, derivatives trading, and establishing investment funds.

Before his current role, he served as the CEO of Halman-Aldubi Investment House, where he significantly contributed to its growth. Rami holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in finance. His extensive background and leadership continue to drive Value Advanced Investments Group forward.

Uri Aldubi

Managing Partner

Uri serves as the Chairman and Partner at Value Advanced Investments Group, where he directs the firm’s investment banking activities. He also holds directorial roles at the Phoenix IEC Central Provident Fund and Israel Opportunity – Oil & Gas company.

With over 30 years of experience in capital markets and investment management, Uri has been instrumental in establishing and managing funds, including provident and pension funds, leading investment banking efforts, and developing alternative investment products.

Before his current position, Uri was a founding partner and Chairman of the Halman-Aldubi Group. He also served as Chairman of the Israeli Oil & Gas Association for seven years, contributing significantly to the sector’s development.

Uri holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management and a master’s degree in Finance from Tel Aviv University.

Noam Bracha

Managing Partner

Noam oversees distribution channels for Value’s investment funds, investor recruitment, and business growth initiatives. With approximately 15 years in the financial sector, he pioneered the accessibility of alternative investments to the public in Israel. Previously, he held senior roles at Halman-Aldubi Investment House, including Vice President of Sales and CEO of an Investment Funds company. He was instrumental in founding the company’s alternative investments division. Noam holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, specializing in Finance and Marketing, and is licensed in portfolio management and pension marketing by the Securities Authority and the Ministry of Finance.

Inbar Steiner

Managing Partner

Inbar directs global operations at Value Advanced Investments. She joined Halman-Aldubi Investment House in 2009 after a career as an attorney specializing in commercial law, focusing on high-tech and biotech industries. From 2009 to 2021, she managed the legal department at Halman-Aldubi, overseeing mergers, acquisitions, and significantly increasing assets under management. She also served as the legal advisor to an Israeli oil and gas exploration partnership from 2010 to 2015. Inbar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law and Economics from the Hebrew University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Entrepreneurship and Strategy from Tel Aviv University.

Tzippy Zalmanovich

Managing Partner

Tzippy leads marketing, digital strategies, and operations at Value Advanced Investments. She has approximately 15 years of management experience, including a decade in the financial sector, managing large service systems before transitioning to finance. Previously, Tzippy was CEO of the portfolio management company at Halman-Aldubi Investment House and Vice President of Client Services at the Provident and Pension Company. She holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Haifa and completed a program in consumer behavior at the London School of Economics.
